A hyper ass is best distinguished from a huge ass by being disproportionately large in comparison with the rest of the character's body - sometimes being far larger than the rest of the character's body, or in combination with equally hyper hips and thighs, with a relatively "normal" sized upper body. In other cases, the character's body might be all around "hyper" in size - such as images featuring an extremely overweight character.
